Let me first give you a brief explanation about what actually a startup refers to? Startups are new and young companies, started by one individual or a group of entrepreneurs who
comes out with creative ideas.
They are initially small and their development depends on
1. Unique theme,
2. Sufficient funds,
3. Promotion, marketing and most importantly Confidence. Because, running a startup company will not be a bed of roses ;rather it resembles a pathway filled with thorns,
pits and ups that will lead you to your fruit of success.
First off, make sure that your idea is incredibly new and innovative. Developing a startup
with the most used and familiar idea will fetch you nothing but loss of money, time and
failure.
Regardless of the field and economic status, a good startup should meet the following
needs:
1. A perfect strategy,
2. Stable funding sources,
3. Talented colleagues,
4. Official website,
5. Digital marketing experts and a feedback analyzer. After having a quick discussion
with some experienced entrepreneurs, I found the following few points as major drawbacks:
1. Insufficient fund,
2. Poor marketing skills,
3. Unstable mindset of the representatives regarding the concept. And also the
collaborations influence the company's growth.
When talking about the Startup trends in 2020,we have found ourselves giving more
importance to Technology and it's byproducts (of course I mean the electronic gadgets).
Come with an idea that helps us to bring back things that we have lost by or after the
presence of this High-tech life. Before coming up with a business plan, analyses about the
recent trends. Think more about the present life, it's needs and concepts to make us
satisfied and supercool. Surround yourself with digital marketing experts, content creators
and website developers.
The first thing I would suggest is opening hotels that can provide toxin less food, which our
mom used to fill in our tiffins before the enormous growth and impact of worksite canteens
and fast food stalls near our office. The food cooked here should remind us how tasty the
food was beneath the absence of additives, taste enhancers and etc… This food can be
transported by the hotel organizers based on contract basis with the worksite employees.
Next is creating a platform exclusively for the freelancers, in order to reduce competition in
this cutthroat world.
My third idea will probably be feeding the roadside people. This might look a little out of
box concept, but I believe that the development of our nation can be achieved by the
development of every individuals. Having tie up with underrated hotels who are longing for
proper marketing and big deals can be beneficial for all the 3 communities namely
1. The roadside people
2. The startup
3. And the hotels. This will be more like mutual benefits. There won't be any mandatory
qualification required for this job, by which many of our unemployed literates or illiterates
can find a job.
Finally I would like to end this blog with a pleasant and much needed concept (I.e) providing
worksite that is Eco friendly and modifiable based on the job nature. Yeah this job is more
like home decorating managers and event management employees. The environment we
are surrounded with can determine our mental health and as a result, our job progression.
