WIN (What Is Next?) is a unique and very comprehensive career orientation program for the students which sheds light into the various career options that the student has. It is primarily intended to assist students in their career planning and provides information that helps the students to give a direction to their aspirations and interests. It provides a platform to understand their likes better and explore their possibilities. Action Plan:

• Interactive sessions by the eminent persons in respective fields and equipped trainers will be conducted at schools.
•  Students Grade: 8 th  to 12 th  Session Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes
• Pedagogy used – Power point presentations, Experience learning, Audio/Visuals, Role play, Case studies, Questions and discussions.
