Training Process

• Average No of Working Days per Year = 220 Days
• Average No of Working Days per Month = 22 Days
•  8 Topics for Each Grade
•  1 Topic will be carried for 1 Month
•  1 Topic will be conducted in 4 Sessions
• 1 st  Session – Introduction
•  2 nd  Session – Understandin
• 3 rd  Session – Practice
•  4 th  Session – Implementation
